Privacy policy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

  • Quote form: name, company, email, phone, show details, message and attachments.
  • Contact form: name, company, email, phone and message.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: data you share through those channels.
  • Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Answering your request and preparing a proposal (consent and pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR); managing the business relationship if you hire us (contract and legal obligations); sending the trade show calendar only if you tick the box (consent, withdrawable at any time); aggregated web analytics only if you accept cookies (consent).

4. Retention

Requests that do not become projects are kept for up to 12 months; client data for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention periods; marketing data until you withdraw consent.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data except where legally required. Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) and, if you accept analytics, Google may access it as processors under GDPR-compliant agreements. For contracted projects we may share the minimum data needed with the show organiser.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@nunstand.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
