Briefing
You tell us the show, goals, square metres and budget. We review the floor plan and the venue rules.
Days 1-3- 45-minute meeting, in person or online
- Analysis of sales goals and visitor flow
- Review of show regulations and floor plan
3D proposal
We design the stand and show it in 3D with views from the aisles. We adjust until it fits.
Days 4-10- Photorealistic 3D views
- Layout: display, meetings, storage

Production
We build structure, graphics, lighting and furniture. Workshop pre-assembly when the project needs it.

Build-up
Our crew builds within the venue's slots and hands over a clean, tested, ready stand.

Indicative timeline
When should you start?
8-12 weeks
before build-up, to design, approve and produce with margin.
4-6 weeks
before build-up. Even less if you reuse one of our stands.

to produce graphics and prepare the kit.
