Process

    You tell us the show, goals, square metres and budget. We review the floor plan and the venue rules.

  2. 3D proposal

    We design the stand and show it in 3D with views from the aisles. We adjust until it fits.

    We build structure, graphics, lighting and furniture. Workshop pre-assembly when the project needs it.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 8-12 weeks before the show for a custom stand and 4-6 weeks for a modular one. If time is short, ask anyway: we plan production around the venue's build-up deadline.

How much does a stand cost?

It depends on size, stand type (inline, corner, peninsula or island), height and finishes. Our estimator shows an indicative range instantly, and within one working day we send a fixed, itemised quote.

Do you work outside Madrid?

Yes. We are based in Madrid and build all over Spain: IFEMA, Fira Barcelona, Feria Valencia, FIBES, BEC, Feria de Zaragoza, FYCMA and other venues.

Does the price include build-up and dismantling?

Yes. Our turnkey quotes include design, production, transport, build-up and dismantling. Items you book directly with the show (space, utilities, build-up fees) are listed separately so there are no surprises.

Can I reuse the stand at other shows?

Yes, and we recommend it. With a modular system or custom parts designed for reuse, we adapt the stand to other sizes and store it between shows.

Do you handle regulations and drawings for the show?

Yes. We review the venue's technical rules, prepare drawings and documentation and coordinate utilities and build-up slots with the organiser.
